Pol-arise Dance Fitness is the only pole school on the Central Coast and attracts ladies from Gosford, Woy Woy and Lake Munmorah with some coming from as far afield as Morisett and Sydney – a testament to the quality of tuition and the fun and fitness gained from our classes. Many of our students have been attending classes since opening in 2005.

We are often asked how we became involved in a pole dancing business. Most people assume a Stripper/Exotic Dance background - nothing could be further from the truth! Pol-arise was founded by mother and daughter team , Cherene and Bailey in early 2005. After taking up Pole Dance together (for a bit of fun and fitness) they quickly recognised the lack of high quality pole dance tuition available outside of the major cities, and after numerous requests from other ladies wanting to learn this art form, they soon set about creating Pol-arise Dance Fitness Studios.

Cherene now sits on the Board of the International Pole Federation, an international organisation governed by the world’s leading pole dancers, and established to support and benefit the industry as a whole. Bailey makes special appearances at industry functions and charity events and takes her place amongst some of the world’s best pole dancers.

Headed by Cherene, our Berkeley Vale studio offers pole dancing classes, private lessons and pole parties to ladies of all ages (16-60+), shapes, sizes and fitness levels - from Beginners right through to Professional level. You don’t need to be fit to start – but you soon will be!

Aside from our unique and exciting timetables, we have some of the best Pole and Dance Fitness Instructors available, so why not come in and try it out for yourself - you won’t be disappointed!

To compliment the business, our first Ozi-Nails & Beauty studio is now open at our Central Coast studio. Our resident Beauty Therapist, Gemma is available for evening and Saturday appointments for nails, waxing, massage and tanning!
