We're on the corner of Bounty Close and Reliance Drive,
(we face onto Reliance Drive in the same complex as Cafe Penoz).
There's plenty of off street parking or you can catch a train to Tuggerah railway station or jump on a bus and get dropped right at the door.
The first Pol-arise studio opened in Berkeley Vale in October 2005. We quickly outgrew it and relocated to a larger premises in May 2007. In October 2010 we moved into our spacious new premises right in the heart of Tuggerah Business Park - and it's fabulous!
Our impressive new 300 sq m air conditioned studio is equipped with 14 dance poles in the main studio, the mind, body, fitness studio, lounge with espresso coffee bar, shop area and offices.
Pol-arise Tuggerah caters to a wide of students, both ladies and the guys of all ages, sizes and fitness abilities. Classes are suitable for absolute beginners right through to the die-hard pole and gym "junkies" including:
* Pole Dance/Fitness
* Yoga and Acro Balance
* Power Barre
* i-Workout Group Fitness (incl Body Blast & Learn to Run)
* Personal Training & Private Lessons (individuals & small groups)
* Corporate packages available
We also offer Parties and Events for Hens and Girls Nights, Corporate/Team Building and Charity Functions.
