Pole Dance Fitness Classes & Lessons
Introducing our ALL NEW range of family friendly classes for 2012. Our Kids/Teens classes are suitable for girls and boys aged 10-14 years and run in School Terms only (generally 10 weeks). Classes are only available on the Central Coast at this stage - but if you'd like to see them in your area, please contact us and let us know! These specialised 60 minute circus style classes are particularly appealing to students who are not interested in traditional sports or are looking for an after-school activity which is a bit different and more creative. Not only will your child/teen learn some new, fun skills, but these classes also encourage:
* Improved self-confidence and self-esteem
* Better hand-eye co-ordination * Increased strength and flexibility * Improved balance and well-being * Learning how to work as part of a team * A better understanding of others

Did you know that Hooping works over 30 core muscles, improves balance, flexibility, dexterity and co-ordination, tones and reshapes the abdomen, buttocks and legs AND provides another great fitness alternative to people of all ages - not to mention it's an awesome party trick!
