There are a number of different types of dance poles on the market today - and you need to be careful when making your selection. Here's a few tips on making the right choice for you.

TIP # 1: IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD BE TRUE - IT PROBABLY IS!!!!!
Be wary of cheap dance poles! The old saying is absolutely correct. Reputable manufacturers and suppliers go to great expense in the research, development and testing of their dance poles before taking them to the consumer (YOU). Don't be the dummy that gets caught buying a piece of junk that could end up costing you a whole lot more in the long run than just a few dollars. Consider your safety as No. 1 Priority over price!

TIP # 2: CHECK OUT THE MANUFACTURER'S REPUTATION!
How long have they been around? How many dance poles have they sold? Does their product come with good instructions for installation?

TIP # 3:  WHAT IS YOUR SITUATION?
Do you own your own home or are your renting? If you're renting, you probably won't want to install a permanent dance pole, so check out the fully removable X-Pole range - the static X-Sport or spinning/static X-Pert.  

What size pole is used in the studio you attend? 38mm, 45mm or 50mm? Are they Stainless Steel, Brass, Chrome or another finish? Will you be using your pole in one location only, or wanting to move it to different locations? X-Poles are portable and height adjustable between 2235 and 2745mm. Extensions are also available (on request) to fit higher ceilings (up to a maximum recommended height of 3000mm).

Height adjustable and portable, the X-Pert is a spinning/static design. Includes your  X-Pole, 2 x extensions, toolkit and lightweight carry case.

X-PERT (Titanium Silver) -  45mm or 50mm (rrp $550 + Shipping)
Height adjustable and portable, the X-Pert is a spinning/static design. Includes your  X-Pole, 2 x extensions, toolkit and lightweight carry case.

X-PERT (Brass) -  45mm only (rrp $650 + Shipping)
Height adjustable and portable, the X-Pert is a spinning/static design. Includes your  X-Pole, 2 x extensions, toolkit and lightweight carry case.

X-STAGE LITE -  45mm Chrome (rrp $1200 + Shipping)
It is very stable and has all the same features as the X-Stage Standard (see below) except its base frame is lower to the the ground increasing the amount of workable pole! The X-Stage Lite has carrying cases for the pole, plates & base frame. The base frame case comes with wheels so transporting your X-Stage has never been easier! For extra stability you can always extend the legs and add weight plates to the posts on the frame.X-Stage Lite includes stage and multi-piece 45mm Chrome pole that is both stationary and spinning.

X-STAGE STANDARD -  50mm Chrome (rrp $1200 + Shipping)
Requirements such as – portability, ease of transportation, easy to set up, large circular dance area with no corners or sharp edges, static and spinning functions, multi piece pole tube, hi-stability for use without weight for anything but extreme moves and the most important of all, value for money – have all been met with X-Stage. Supplied with everything needed X-Stage assembly takes only a few minutes and is simplicity itself......
