BURLESQUE (Dance)
HUSTLE (Hip Hop/Funk) Wanna learn to shake it like Beyonce? "Hustle" - our hot new Hip Hop/Funk inspired dance fitness class that's all about learning to get down and get funky to the latest music - and of course getting fit, having fun and working up a sweat!
Dance & Fitness Clothing - You want to be comfortable and able to move freely, so any dance or fitness type of clothing is appropriate. Footwear - BYO Heels for Burlesque, bare feet or joggers for Hustle and Barre. Do you need to bring anything else? We recommend you bring a water bottle with you and hand towel. WE'RE GONNA MAKE YOU SWEAT! What to wear and what to bring...
POWER BARRE (Ballet Inspired Workout)
STRETCH N' FLEX - Want to improve your level of flexibility but don't have a lot of time to spare? This 45 minute class is the answer. Everyone is welcome - all ages, sizes and fitness levels
