Introducing our ALL NEW range of Dance/Fitness classes for 2012. marked with a Star on our timetables are guaranteed 1 person per pole and can only be taken as a full 8 week term. Classes without a Star can be taken as either a full 8 week term OR as Casual classes.

Our Dance/Fitness Classes

BURLESQUE (Dance)
Experience the Hottest and Sexiest workout around! This class is about women of any age finding that inner spark of confidence. This dance inspired class is designed for both pole dancers and non dancers of any level and will have you feeling like a whole new woman who loves to have fun. Fun and achievable, we'll have you doing a bump and grind like never before! 




HUSTLE (Hip Hop/Funk)
Wanna learn to shake it like Beyonce? "Hustle" - our hot new Hip Hop/Funk inspired dance fitness class that's all about learning to get down and get funky to the latest music - and of course getting fit, having fun and working up a sweat!

Dance & Fitness

Clothing - You want to be comfortable and able to move freely, so any dance or fitness type of clothing is appropriate.  

Footwear - BYO Heels for Burlesque, bare feet or joggers for Hustle and Barre.

Do you need to bring anything else? We recommend you bring a water bottle with you and hand towel. WE'RE GONNA MAKE YOU SWEAT!

What to wear and what to bring...

POWER BARRE (Ballet Inspired Workout)
The secret is out! What the Hollywood "A" list and Supermodels have been keeping to themselves for long enough! Power Barre is a 50-55 minute, no impact, total body workout that focuses on balance,strength and flexibility using the ballet barre as a prop. The results are a strong, toned and lithe body, as well as improved posture and flexibility.
No previous dance experience required - oh, and leave the Tutu at home! This class is the perfect compliment to your pole dance/fitness classes as well as non pole dancers!


STRETCH N' FLEX -

Want to improve your level of flexibility but don't have a lot of time to spare? This 45 minute class is the answer.
Everyone is welcome - all ages, sizes and fitness levels



AB-SOLVE - 30 -
This 30 minute class will blast your abs into shape, switch on those muscles you want to use in your pole work and trim and tighten your mid-section in no time!
